About CEX-DEX arbitrage
CEX-DEX arbitrage exploits price differences between centralized exchanges (Binance, OKX, Bybit) and decentralized liquidity pools (Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Raydium). Prices on DEX pools adjust through market forces — AMM (automated market maker) math — and often lag behind CEX order books by seconds to minutes.
The mechanics: you buy the underpriced token on one venue and simultaneously (or as quickly as possible) sell on the other. The spread after subtracting CEX withdrawal fees, DEX swap fees, and network gas is your gross profit. Speed and accurate real-time data are critical.
